OpenNMS 19 - OTRS 5 - https disableCNCheck

Steven Vacaroaia
Hi,

I am trying to configure OpenNMS - OTRS integration
One of my latest challenge is the fact that OpenNMS cannot "talk" with OTRS when using Https

After I changed the FQDN of OTRS from http://FQDN to https://FQDN in both otrs.properties and opennms.properties below error message shows in the trouble-ticketer.log

Where exactly ( which file)  do I make the change ( disableCNCheck="true") ??

Thanks
Steven

java.io.IOException: The https URL hostname does not match the Common Name (CN) on the server certificate in the client's truststore.  Make sure server certificate is correct, or to disable this check (NOT recommended for production) set the CXF client TLS configuration property "disableCNCheck" to true.
